Two BJP workers in Bharuch, Gujarat, were shot dead on Monday night by two motorcycle-borne assailants. Shirish Bengali, former president of the BJP in Bharuch, and Pragnesh Mistry, general secretary of the BJP youth wing, succumbed to bullet injuries at a hospital.
“The motorcycle riders who covered their faces started shooting at Bengali and Mistry at the former’s office…. We don’t know the motive yet,” police said.
